CSQ Small Business Program
Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) in collaboration with TSBE, will be hosting a series of half-day interactive workshops which are designed to give small to medium construction based businesses the opportunity to update their skills and knowledge on important topics that are essential to their business operations.
Workshop presenters have on-the-ground experience in their discussion topics and a strong portfolio in construction and major projects providing attendees with a unique opportunity to gain firsthand information from buyers inside of projects.
The topics of discussion will include:
- Estimating, tendering, quoting & contract management
- Financial & budgeting skills
- Legislation, regulation & codes advice
- Digital skills and systems
- Marketing & business development
Each workshop will include networking opportunities. Attendees also will receive post-workshop support as well as access to an information hotline for ongoing advice and training opportunities.
The program has been specifically designed to provider value to SME's.
