Business Development for GP's Series – Business planning and strategy
Come to our next session in this series, to learn how to develop a business plan. When the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards for general practices (5th edition) were launched in October 2017, many practices were surprised to see business planning was a new Standard requirement.
Today’s business environment is that of constant change, volatility and competitive pressures demands. To help achieve your growth/profit targets and stay focused on the future, you need a “living and breathing” document guiding your future direction and providing clarity on your strategies and actions. This workshop will be hands-on so you walk away with a clear picture of how to develop a full plan plus tools to help you develop this plan as your business grows in the future. This is a “learn through doing” workshop.
Amanda Kenafake, Chief Executive Officer for Power Tynan will be walking us through this "learn through doing" workshop.
Amanda is an innovative, dynamic and highly energetic business facilitator with a proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
