Crisis Communications 101 - Digital Workshop

TSBE FLA have been working with TSBE members and other businesses around the region and supporting them with the use of the Rural Centre of Excellence, to provide learning and up-skilling opportunities.

From the recent Media 101 workshop held at TSBE, we received feedback that members would like to further expand their knowledge around reputation and crisis management. New member BBS Communications Group are keen to engage with our members and will be delivering the next Small Group Discussion workshop. This three-hour workshop will help equip participants with an understanding of risk management/crisis identification and crisis management techniques, including strategies for internal communications and media relations.
