Join us on Tuesday, 2 April in Roma for an exclusive 'Taste of the West' three course dinner.
TSBE Food Leaders Australia are hosting a long table dinner showcasing amazing produce from the Maranoa and Balonne regions.
Taste of the West features a delicious three course dinner with food provided by quality regional producers promoting the wide variety of products grown across these regions.

Main of Beef Sirloin or Lamb Leg - served with roasted garlic vegetables and broccoli with red quinoa salad
Dessert of Pavlova with drunken muscat figs
We are partnering with TAFE Queensland Roma campus, and their chefs will be preparing the food on the night.
FLA would like to invite major food procurement companies, local restaurateurs and food outlets, hospitality and tourism providers to meet local producers and sample this wonder array of product.
