September Enterprise Evening in Miles

Join us on Thursday, 12 September in Miles for our next Enterprise Evening. 

On the night we will be hearing from RES - the world’s largest independent renewable energy company active in onshore and offshore wind, solar, energy storage and transmission and distribution.

RES has delivered more than 16 GW of renewable energy projects across the globe and supports an operational asset portfolio exceeding 5 GW worldwide for a large client base.

Steph Froggatt, RES Development Project Manager will provide an introduction and update on the upcoming Dulacca Wind Farm project, including anticipated development timelines and information on how the project will provide local economic and community benefit.

RES has been granted Development Approval for its Dulacca Wind Farm located in the Western Downs region of Queensland. The Development Approval for the project supports construction of up to 56 wind turbines and ancillary infrastructure.

The entire project will generate direct and supply chain jobs during the approximately 18 month construction process. In addition, it will employ approximately 5-10 full time staff during the operation and maintenance phase (expected to be 30 years) in addition to supporting further supply chain employment.
