Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) supports the delivery of major projects in our region with infrastructure key to regional prosperity. Maximising outcomes along the journey of major projects, during construction through to operation and maintenance, ensures our regional economy thrives. We aim to maximise full, fair and reasonable opportunity for local businesses to compete for work.
As a vital service within TSBE, the Energy and Infrastructure team identifies commercial opportunities for members and fosters relationships through a number of seminars and functions as well as strategic business introductions.
Typically linked to major projects and infrastructure, Energy and Infrastructure members are predominantly non-retail firms providing products and services to a buyer.
The focus of the Energy and Infrastructure team is to bring these trade-based businesses to the attention of industry - highlighting possible working partnerships in the region and then drilling down into individual business development opportunities.
We can provide comprehensive information on current and future projects and what is needed to secure potential contracts. We are proud to offer our services to our members, linking business is what we do best.
The Energy and Infrastructure team works closely with a number of high-level members and Council partners to attract investment and the flow-on effect to businesses of all sizes is significant.

TSBE are experts in local content and our team help infrastructure projects maximise the local content impact in the region. We work with the project proponents and contactors to assist with local content strategies to deliver economic and social outcomes through the entire lifecycle of the projects.
