SURAT BASIN NEWS: Project Ruby brings 350 construction jobs, capability statements sought for renewables, QRC Code of practice, Nexus grants and billboards.

For your procurement team: The next gasfield territory investment in the Surat Basin

Shell Australia/QGC have announced gasfield development and a supporting built infrastructure project. Project Ruby is situated in QGC’s existing central and southern tenements and includes 161 natural gas wells to be drilled in 16 months and approximately 300km water and gas gathering pipelines. Construction jobs to peak around 350 with approx 70 to be locally-based.
