TSBE serviced co-working space The Branch encourages businesses to the region
The iconic Knights Laundry building has been re-envisioned to incorporate The Branch – an executive serviced office space in a prime Toowoomba CBD location.
The Knights building has been transformed and redeveloped in 2017 with the new-look and open-planned office space designed to seamlessly integrate a range of business services.

Attracting new companies to the region is a key function of The Branch, with the serviced office space offering short-term, one-off or regular lease periods. This gives companies the opportunity to maximise their business offerings and travel on a timeframe that suits them in a professional environment.
A contemporary café Milk and Honey Espresso Bar adjoining the building allows for easy catering of small events, with a private boardroom and meeting room able to be hired for functions, workshops and meetings.
The site has been designed with business in mind, also hosting Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise and Newlands Group offices. A full range of amenities and flexible tenancy arrangements have been established to suit a variety of business plans.
The open-plan studio offers high ceilings, spacious desks, stylish modern fittings, and full air-conditioning throughout. The Toowoomba CBD has undergone an extensive revitalisation project nearby to the Knights building by Toowoomba Regional Council giving the streetscape a modern feel while maintaining its rich heritage.
With the move to the Knights building now also complete for TSBE, a new serviced co-working arrangement has been set-up to encourage businesses to the region that are seeking expansion or a permanent presence here.
TSBE executive chairman Shane Charles said The Branch offered 11 serviced spaces, with Vastnet the first to join.
“TSBE works to drive investment and businesses to the region, and one way to attract and retain companies here is to offer them a place to work from,” Mr Charles said.
Licensed venues are nearby for after-hours meetings and significant parking is available close to the site.
