Join us on Tuesday, 23 April for our April Enterprise Evening at Jubri's Hideaway where we will be hearing from the Western Downs Regional Council on their innovative Communities Partnering Framework and Western Downs Futures. Western Downs Futures is a place-based collective impact initiative that aims to create a vibrant and sustainable future for the Western Downs region in Queensland, Australia. The program focuses on key priorities, including: education, employment, community safety, health and housing. Western Downs Futures brings together local businesses, community groups, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and implement programs that will enhance the quality of life and prosperity of the region.

Hear from newly elected Western Downs Regional Council Mayor, Andrew Smith along with a panel including Queensland Chief Entrepreneur, Julia Spicer, community representative Louise Judge, Manager of the Chinchilla Community Centre, and Gerard Reilly, Powerlink’s General Manager of Communications and Customer Engagement. Together, they will discuss strategies for enhancing a sustainable and thriving business community in the region.
