Kireina Wagyu

Kireina Wagyu is a family-owned boutique Wagyu operation near Chinchilla on Queensland’s Western Downs. We breed and raise high-quality Wagyu cattle with a focus on superior genetics, animal welfare, and sustainability.

Our grass-raised herd is backed by a meticulous breeding program using genomics, maternal traits, carcass data, and progeny performance. By combining the strengths of Japanese Black and Akaushi lines, we aim to produce Wagyu with exceptional marbling, temperament, and phenotype.

We supply paddock-to-plate beef direct to customers and validate our program through industry benchmarking, including the RNA Paddock to Palate Wagyu Challenge.
