Ergon Energy Network is part of Energy Queensland Limited. Our electricity network consists of 210,000km of overhead powerlines and underground power cables. We own and operate 34 stand-alone power stations that provide supply to isolated communities not connected to the main electricity grid.

We supply electricity to 2,350,000 customers across an operating area of over one million square kilometres, around 97% of Queensland – from the coastal and rural population centres to the remote communities of outback Queensland and the Torres Strait.
