Scope and Capability

In Queensland, Veolia has a 570 strong workforce, providing the manufacturing, oil & gas, refining and resources industries with innovative and safe solutions in the areas of water, waste and energy. Veolia has operations in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Gladstone, Miles, Moranbah, Mackay, Townsville and Mt Isa.

Water treatment and management

Veolia offers specific technological solutions such as the supply of process water, cooling water and ultra-pure water, water and wastewater treatment, recycling, reclamation and desalination.

Waste management and recycling

Veolia provides services covering the entire waste cycle including collection, sorting, transfer, treatment, recycling/recovery and disposal of solid non-hazardous, hazardous and liquid waste streams. Veolia also provides waste assessments and greenhouse gas reporting.

Industrial services

Veolia provides both onshore and offshore specialised services. This includes high pressure water jetting, abrasive blasting and protective coatings, chemical cleaning, vacuum loading, catalyst handling, pipeline inspection and cleaning, tank cleaning, fin fan cleaning, tube bundle services, industrial painting, hazardous and liquid waste management and site remediation services.

Energy management

Veolia can deliver sustainable energy management solutions through co-generation, waste-to-energy recovery, steam generation, compressed air technology, district energy, renewable energy and building energy services.
