AmCham - American Chamber of Commerce in Australia

The American Chamber of Commerce in Australia is the largest and most influential international chamber in the country. Our members are international companies operating in Australia with a particular interest in the US. We were founded in 1961 and have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide. We generally talk about the five pillars of AmCham membership:
1. Networking - AmCham’s events program gives members and their guests networking opportunities covering all different sectors, and in a variety of formats.
2. Access - We can connect you with business, government, and thought leaders across the spectrum.
3. Advocacy – With a dozen different committees, AmCham advocates on issues from trade to tax to
industry standards.
4. Visibility – Through event sponsorship, speaking opportunities, publications and digital media, AmCham members can increase their community visibility and actively position their brands.
5. Information – AmCham provides information, data and resources for members on issues affecting their business.
