Powerlink owns, operates and maintains the electricity transmission network which runs 1700km from north of Cairns to the New South Wales border.
We have a strong history of connecting customers to the energy they need, delivering electricity to five million Queenslanders and 238,000 businesses and providing network connections for large-scale generators such as solar and wind farms, as well as major industrial customers including rail systems, mines and mineral processing facilities.
