MIGAS manages all aspects of labour arrangements for apprentices and trainees including administration, ongoing monitoring and employment compliance responsibilities. Our service model ensures that we provide comprehensive mentoring and support for your apprentices and trainees, promoting productive and safe behaviours with a strong work ethic. This enables us to successfully build a capable and relevant future workforce for you, our host employer.

We provide full service apprenticeship workforce employment and training as a registered Group Training Organisation. This is a comprehensive, single supplier solution for hiring, onboarding, developing, progressing and administering your apprenticeship workforce. Under this model, MIGAS is the legal employer of the apprentice or trainee who works and trains under your supervision.

If you have your own apprentice and trainee employees or prefer to employ directly, a Managed Service Apprentice Support program with MIGAS means we assist with the support and coordination of your apprentices under a simple fixed-price model. Please contact us for details.
