TUFF Coatings was formed in 2008 by Phil and Anton Griffiths to provide superior service – high quality and reliable powder coating for TUFF Bullbars and other manufacturers in South East Queensland.

The business has enjoyed considerable growth providing services for leading mining, agriculture and automotive accessories. As part of the TUFF Group, the emphasis has been to provide excellent quality and service.

Following the TUFF Coatings relocation to a new TUFF Group 5000 square metre facility in 2017 a new Low bake automotive spray-painting booth was commissioned along with a second bake oven. An additional location for industrial painting was also set up in 2017.

In 2017 TUFF Coatings successfully achieved the ISO 9001 quality achievement standard. ISO 9001 was an important step maintain high quality and reliable service.

This investment in facilities allowed the business to provide faster turnaround powder coating as well as automotive and industrial spray painting, rhino lining & abrasive blasting for manufacturers and private individuals.

TUFF Coatings place the highest level of importance on following industry systems and processes, in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management Systems Certification.
