The South Burnett is a reknowned peanut growing and wine-producing area on the Great Dividing Range, north of the Darling Downs, in Queensland. Other South Burnett Regional produce includes navy beans, maize, wheat, grain and sorghum which are cropped in the region as well pork from a “State of the Art” pig processing facility (South Burnett Directions, 2016).
