Purple Friday

The brain child of Darling Downs based CEO, Chris Mills, Purple Friday invites workplaces and schools to choose a Friday between now and 24 November 2017, wear purple and raise much needed awareness about domestic and family violence. 

Getting involved in Purple Friday is easy.

Visit the website www.purplefriday.org.au, register your workplace with a tax deductible $50 registration fee, choose a Friday for your workplace to participate, wear purple, and have that meaningful conversation.

The website offers several ideas on how your workplace can start that conversation.

Promoting your involvement to your networks is encouraged, as too is uploading a photo (or more) to Instagram using the campaign hashtag #dvpurplefriday; which will see all images collated on the website’s Purple Friday Wall.
