DHA has evolved and grown in recent years to become a leading residential property developer, with almost 50 projects underway across the country and a development pipeline worth approximately $2.5 billion.

Our business model is unique – we transform land into vibrant and sustainable communities that bring together Defence families and new residents in an integrated and harmonious way. We build quality homes for Defence families, and provide opportunities for the general public to live and invest in our award winning communities. Today, more than half the land and almost three-quarters of the apartments we develop are sold on the open market to ordinary Australian homebuyers, with Defence families as neighbours that they can trust and appreciate.
