BEST Employment Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation which provides a range of community, social and employment services throughout the New England/North West regions of NSW and the Darling Downs and Granite Belt regions of Southern Queensland. BEST have spent over 20 years delivering high quality employment services which has in turn changed many lives in regional QLD and NSW.

The team at BEST work tirelessly to see our communities, particularly those most disadvantaged, independent and free from disadvantage.  This vision is something that our staff are passionate about and we strive to empower and encourage thousands of people each year to achieve employment, access training, address employment barriers and manage other welfare related needs.  We spread our support across the community to provide targeted programs and opportunities for those who are unemployed, people with a disability, local employers, Indigenous people, youth, and vulnerable cohorts such as ex-offenders, culturally and linguistically diverse clientele and early school leavers.

As a dynamic company based in regional Australia, BEST understands the challenges and vulnerabilities faced by rural communities. We actively pursue projects and collaborative partnerships that result in innovative solutions aimed at overcoming these challenges thereby building a more resilient and sustainable community.
